JustREACH works with five pilot regions across Europe that are committed to advancing climate adaptation under the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change. These sites represent different climatic zones, governance contexts, and socio-economic conditions. Together, they act as living laboratories where tools, methods, and approaches for just climate resilience are tested, refined, and shared. Each pilot faces distinct climate risks, but all share the common ambition to turn climate adaptation into an opportunity for social inclusion, regional innovation, and long-term resilience.
